‘Tis the season for pumpkin spiced everything.
While everyone is fueling through the holidays with their pumpkin spiced lattes, try to fuel through yours with a more natural approach and be better than basic with this Pumpkin Spiced Carrot Juice.
Pumpkin Spiced Carrot Juice:
4-5 large carrots
1 inch knob of ginger
a dash of cinnamon spice (or to taste)
a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice (or to taste)
(I optionally added a knob of turmeric)
Chop up carrots, ginger/turmeric and feed through juicer. Add spices to juice and enjoy or place in fridge for later!
